On January 24, 1977, Petitioner Hyon
filed a Motion for Clarification with regard to one of the Board’sfindings in the case; specifically, that the Board determine preciselythe period for which it is entitled to a permit.
The permit was remanded to the Agency for consideration
in light of our Opinion and Order, which consideration should includedetermination of the appropriate period of duration for the permit.
