On March 27, 1978, the Petitioner requested a Variance from variousprovisions of the Board’s Water Pollution Regulations.- The petition does not include an assessment of environmental impact,
a detailed compliance program, or reasons why immediate compliance withthe regulations would impose an arbitrary or unreasonable hardship.- Moreover, the petition fails to specifically request or waive a
hearing as required by Procedural Rule 401(b).- It is the Order of the Board that Petitioner shall amend the variance
petition within 45 days of the date of this Order. IT IS SO ORDERED.... |
