unit has an SO2 scrubber which will bring the emissions of the unitinto compliance; however, tile power wiring, control wiring andinstrumentation are not yet convoletelv installed and the scrubberis presently inoperable.
The SIPC facility is located on the Lake of Eqypt, approximately
eight miles south of Marion, Illinois.
The possibility of such violations
could be minimized through continuous monitoring of loads andresulting boiler operations.
