Adopted Rule.
It is the Order of the Illinois Pollution Control Board that
Rule 203(g) (1) of Chapter 2: Air Pollution Control Rules andRegulations, be amended to add the following subsection,(E) ~~,~nCoalfir~d_Industrial Boilers Eq~4pp~dwith Flue Gas esulfurization ~y~tems.
Nothing in this rule shall be construed
to prevent compliance with applicable regulationsin Part IX of this Chapter.
