In the second, it petitions for variance from Rule
1201 of Chapter 3: Water Pollution, to allow a Class 4 operatorto operate its plant, noting that if the Agency’s plant reclassification decision is reversed that variance would be unnecessary.
This petition fails to
contain much of the information required by the Board’ s ProceduralRule.
If an amended petition curing these deficiencies is not filed
within 45 days of the date of this Order, this petition will besubject to dismissal.
