Abstract:	ILLINOIS POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD November 18, 1983In the matter of:DEFINITION OF LIQUID ) R83-28HAZARDOUS WASTEORDER OF THE BOARD (by D. Anderson): Section 22.5(a) of the Environmental Protection Act asamended by H.B. 1054 prohibits the disposal on land of “liquid hazardous waste” after July 1, 1984. The Board will make a proposal in the near future. IT IS SO ORDERED. Board Members B. Forcade and J. Marlin abstained.
