    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by D. Anderson):
    Section 22.5(a)
    of the Environmental Protection Act as
    amended by H.B.
    1054 prohibits the disposal on land of
    “liquid hazardous waste” after July
    1,
    1984.
    The Board
    opens this docket for the purpose of promulgation of a
    definition of “liquid hazardous waste”
    in order to facilitate
    the implementation by the Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency of the statutory ban.
    The Board will make
    a proposal
    in the near future.
    Any persons wishing to file proposals
    should contact the Hearing Officer.
