Proposals for rulemaking were filed by Citizens for a BetterEnvironment (CBE) and the Illinois EPA (IEPA) on January 25 and26, 1984 respectively~ Both proposals address the subject matterrecently docketed for consideration in “R83-28, Definition ofHazardous Liquid Waste~ To avoid duplication and unnecessarydelay, the Board hereby orders that these proposals be consolidatedfor joint consideration with the Board staff’s proposal in thisproceeding.
