December 14, 1983 the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency(Agency) filed a declaration in support of that motion “providedthat the Board condition any grant of substitution on the require—nent that Petitioner provide the Agency with the requiredAPC 200 form and the proof of sale and purchase, and subsequenttransfer of the permit.”The Board will not at this time rule upon the motion.
