On November 4, 1985 counsel for petitioner filed a
letter requesting that the Board defer ruling on the motion todismiss for a period of four weeks.
The
motion to continue is granted.
Since there is no Board meeting
scheduled four weeks from today, the motion to dismiss will beripe for decision at the December 20, 1985 Board meeting and thematter itself will be due for decision at the February 6, 1985meeting.
