wastewater treatment facilities must meet interim effluent limitsof 45 milligrams per liter (mg/i) as monthly averages for bothbiochemical oxygen demand and total suspended solids until June30, 1988.

the present time, the WWTP’s flows are being treated in oneprimary clarifier, a final clarifier, and the polishing lagoon.
