This matter comes before the Board upon a November 5, 1986Complaint filed by Bill Aden, John Schroder, Velma Schroder, JoeKendall and Lamorn Morris, et al.
Additionally, the Board hereby joins the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) in this proceedingpursuant to Section 103.121 and will designate the Agency as anominal Complainant.
Lastly, the Board notes that the Agency
may, if it so desires, file a motion seeking modification of thisalignment.
