On February 26, 1987, the Illinois Environmental ProtectionAgency filed a Motion to Amend the Administrative Citation inthis cause to delete the allegation that Respondent had violatedSection 21(p) (10) of the Act.
In accordance with the granting of the motion to
amend the Administrative Citation, that portion of the Board’sFebruary 5, 1987 Order finding Respondent in violation of Section2l(p)(10) of the Act is hereby vacated and the statutory penaltyis reduced to $2,000.00.
