    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by J.D. Dumelle):
    On February 26,
    1987,
    the Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency
    filed
    a Motion
    to Amend the Administrative Citation
    in
    this cause
    to delete
    the allegation
    that Respondent had violated
    Section
    21(p) (10)
    of the Act.
    That Motion
    is hereby granted.
    On February
    5,
    1987
    the Board issued
    an Order
    finding that
    Respondent had violated Sections 2l(p)(5),
    21(p)(6), 2l(p)(7),
    2l(p)(9)
    and 21(p) (10) of
    the Act and
    ordered Respondent
    to pay
    the statutory penalty
    for each violation for
    a
    total penalty of
    $2,500.00.
    In accordance with the granting
    of the motion
    to
    amend
    the Administrative Citation, that portion of the Board’s
    February 5,
    1987 Order
    finding Respondent
    in violation of Section
    2l(p)(10)
    of the Act
    is hereby vacated and the statutory penalty
    is reduced
    to $2,000.00.
    Accordingly,
    it
    is hereby ordered
    that, unless the penalty
    has already been paid,
    within 30 days of the date of this Order
    Gordon
    T.
    Montgomery
    shall,
    by
    certified
    check
    or
    money
    order
    payable
    to
    the
    State
    of
    Illinois
    and
    designated
    for
    deposit
    into
    the Environmental Protection Trust Fund, pay
    a penalty in
    the
    amount of $2,000.00 which
    is to be sent
    to:
    Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
    Fiscal Services Division

    Springfield,
    IL
