The Board will utilize this Docket to propose regulationsupdating the Illinois RCRA hazardous waste regulations tocorrespond with USEPA amendments during the period July 1 throughDecember 31, 1987.
In R87—26 the Board shifted from a quarterly to a semiannual
updating of the RCRA rules in anticipation of the Governorsigning H.B.
1867.
However, in
that the fourth quarter of 1987 is nearly over, the Board willcombine the third and fourth quarter updates into this Docket.
