letters of June 13 and July 2, 1965, the Department of Energy andNatural Resources made its determination that an Economic ImpactStudy concerning this proposal was unnecessary on the basis that:“The net economic impact of the regulation isfavorable and the costs of compliance are small orare borne entirely by the proponent of theregulation.”Consequently, no economic hearings have been held.
Both the hourly and salaried staff remain.
