1988 the Board received a letter from the County seeking returnto it of the record it submitted to the Board, including hearingtranscripts, its public comment file, and all exhibits (includingseveral mounted, oversize maps and charts).
The Board does not return materials submitted to it in the
ordinary course of business, as the Act requires the Board tomaintain copies of its records for public inspection.
