determined that the petition did not adequately address certain proof required by Section 28.1(c) of theEnvironmental Protection Act (415 ILCS 5/28.1(c) (1998)) and certain informational sufficiency requirementsrequired by the Board’s rules at 35 Ill.
Petitioner stated that its counsel and consultant were occupied with another matter.
If petitioner files the amended petition, with the proper proof and requirements, by October 10, 2000, the
Board will accept this matter for hearing.
