Pursuant to an oral motion by the parties to allow filing of
briefs after receipt of the hearing transcript, the HearingOfficer by Order of August 29, 1988 established a scheduleallowing the parties to file briefs on or before September 15,1988.
This notwithstanding, the parties both filed
briefs without the intended benefit of review of the hearingtranscript.
Such brief or supplement shall be due on or
before September 30, 1988.
