    Hearing
    in this matter was held on August
    26,
    1988.
    Pursuant
    to an oral motion by the parties to allow filing of
    briefs
    after receipt
    of the hearing
    transcript, the Hearing
    Officer by Order
    of August
    29, 1988 established
    a schedule
    allowing the parties to file briefs on or before September
    15,
    1988.
    The hearing transcript was not delivered
    to the Board
    until
    September
    19,
    1988.
    This notwithstanding,
    the parties both filed
    briefs without the intended benefit of review of the hearing
    transcript.
    On its own motion the Board hereby grants Petitioner
    and
    Respondent each leave to file an amended brief or
    to supplement
    its existing brief.
    Such brief or supplement
    shall
    be due on or
    before September 30,
    1988.
