Recommendation sets forth the following relevant facts.
On August 24, 1988 the Illinois Environmental Protection
Agency received a request from Petitioner, Triad Circuits, Inc.,to extend the 90—day limit for on—site storage of hazardous wastefrom August 26, 1988 to September 25, 1988.
The IEPA concurs with Petitioner’s assessment, recommending
that Petitioner be granted an extention of the 90—day limitpursuant to 35 ILL.
Petitioner is hereby granted variance from 35 Ill. Adm. IT IS SO ORDERED.
