ILLINOIS ENVIRONMENTAL
PROTECTION AGENCY,

ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J.D. Dumelle):
This matter comes before the Board upon the Board’s receipt
of an Agency Recommendation filed September 7, 1988. The
Recommendation sets forth the following relevant facts.
On August 24, 1988 the Illinois Environmental Protection
Agency received a request from Petitioner, Triad Circuits, Inc.,
to extend the 90—day limit for on—site storage of hazardous waste
from August 26, 1988 to September 25, 1988. The request averred
that due to unforseen, temporary and uncontrollable circumstances
compliance with the 90—day limit would impose an arbitrary and
unreasonable hardship.
The IEPA concurs with Petitioner’s assessment, recommending
that Petitioner be granted an extention of the 90—day limit
pursuant to 35 ILL. Adms. Code 722.134(b) until September 25,
1988. Petitioner is hereby granted variance from 35 Ill. Adm.
Code 722.134(b) until September 25, 1988.
IT IS SO ORDERED.

Board, her b certify that the ~bove Order was adopted on
