Board presently anticipates completing the merit hearings in NovemberDecember, 1989 to allow for: 1) a post hearing comment period and an EcIShearing if the Board requests an EcIS in January, 1990, 2) second noticeadoption of some or all of the proposed rules no later than mid-March, 1990,and 3) final adoption of some or all of the proposed rules on or before May25, 1990.
