I concur in the actions taken by the majority today inrefusing to modify this rulemaking in response to the objection bythe Joint Committee on Administrative Rules (JCAR), and in adoptingthe rules.
I believe that it is very important to meet that
federal deadline, and thus I voted in favor of proceeding with therule as previously proposed.
