On June 6, 1990, the Illinois Environmental ProtectionAgency (Agency) filed a request to extend the post-adoptioncomment period in this matter for an additional 30 days, fromJune 25, 1990, to July 25, 1990.

these regulations must be promulgated under Sections 7.2 and 17.5of the Environmental Protection Act as soon as possible.
