In its opinion and order granting Allied its variance, the
Board imposed a condition that within 120 days prior to thetermination of the variance, Allied shall submit an engineeringevaluation of the treatability of arsenic.
Allied also states that
the Agency has been notified of the motion and does not object tothe extension.
