The parties
explain that, pursuant to statements that IAWC made to the Illinois Commerce Commission,IAWC’s new water treatment facility in Alton, Illinois must begin operation as scheduled byDecember 31, 2000.
The start-up procedures will test and refine the ability of the
new facility to serve the Alton area.
The Board grants the parties’ joint motion for expedited decision consistent with the
Board’s resources and decision times.
