The
October 3, 1996 order granted ComEd an adjusted standard from the thermal standards for dischargesof cooling water from ComEd’s generating stations located in Joliet, Will County, Crawford, and Fisk(Generating Stations).
In its motion, ComEd states that, in response to the October 3, 1996 adjusted
standard, the Agency issued revised National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permitsto each of these Generating Stations, and that these permits remain in full force and affect.
