The parties in their motion state that Commonwealth
Edison and the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency haveentered negotiations in order to revise the objectionablecondition in the permit which is being appealed in this case.
Based on the fact that the parties are negotiating toward
settlement, the Board hereby vacates its April 8, 1993 ordersetting this matter for hearing.
