    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by J.
    C. Marlin):
    This matter is before the Board on a joint motion to
    withdraw the Board’s April
    8,
    1993 order scheduling this matter
    for hearing.
    The parties
    in their motion state that Commonwealth
    Edison and the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency have
    entered negotiations
    in order to revise the objectionable
    condition
    in the permit which
    is being appealed
    in this case.
    They also state that Commonwealth Edison anticipates withdrawing
    this appeal after the modified permit is
    final.
    Based on the fact that the parties are negotiating toward
    settlement, the Board hereby vacates its April
    8,
    1993 order
    setting this matter for hearing.
    The parties are ordered to file
    a status report with the Board on or before June
    25,
    1993.
