On December 6, 1995,
SLAS submitted an application for Closure Certification to theAgency.
The Board accepts the parties’ status
report.
The Board directs
SLAS and the Agency to file status reports, or a joint statusreport if the parties prefer, to be received by the Board andhearing officer no later than March 31, 1995, in the event thatthis matter has not already been resolved and dismissed.
