After the hearings in this matter were concluded, the
parties agreed that the petitioner should file a new Part Bapplication.
The Agency intends to
issue a draft permit on May 1, 1995.
As
this matter was originally filed on March 1, 1991 and has beenstayed since September of 1993, the Board anticipates anexpeditious completion of negotiations in this matter.
