    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    On April
    11,
    1995, American Waste Processing filed a status
    report in response to the Board order of February
    2,
    1995.
    Petitioner has provided the Board with an open waiver of the
    decision deadline in this matter.
    After the hearings in this matter were concluded,
    the
    parties agreed that the petitioner should file a new Part B
    application.
    A new Part B permit application has been filed by
    petitioner and has been accepted for completeness by the Agency.
    A copy of a draft permit was provided to American Waste
    Processing on April
    3,
    1995 for comment.
    The Agency intends to
    issue a draft permit on May
    1,
    1995.
    The parties request that
    the Board continue to defer consideration of the record until May
    15,
    1995.
    The Board will continue to defer review of this matter.
    As
    this matter was originally filed on March
    1,
    1991 and has been
    stayed since September of 1993, the Board anticipates an
    expeditious completion of negotiations
    in this matter.
    The Board
    directs the parties to file status reports or a joint status
    report on or before May 19,
    1995, unless this case is otherwise
    resolved or dismissed.
