The company now states that new evidence will show that
it can begin immediately to prepare its plant for shutdown inJune, 1971, and to install the control devices so that, uponresuming operations, it will be able to comply with itspreviously approved ACERP and with the earlier Order of the Board.
The
Environmental Protection Agency has also advised us that ittoo has no objection to the revised program put forth by thecompany.
