City of Salem v. IEPA - The Board granted petitioner a variance, subject to conditions from 35 Ill. Adm. Code 611.744 and 611.745, which relate to installing and collecting data from turbidity monitors for its water purification plant located in Marion County, Illinois.
On February 11, 2002, the Agency filed its recommendation in response to the petition.
For the reasons stated below, the Board grants the Salem’s variance request, subject to
certain conditions.
