AMTRAK v. ILLINOIS ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY
Upon receipt of petitioner’s letter dated January 4, 2002, the Board dismissed as unnecessary this request for a 90-day extension of time to file an underground storage tank appeal on behalf of this Cook County facility.
The Agency rejected Amtrak’s site classification completion report for
Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) Incidents 980038, 982270, and 912018 in Chicago,Cook County.
Therefore, Amtrak stated that it
