The Agency has issued a supplemental permit for the landfill
to accept this sludge. Based upon the above,Litis Aqency must deny tile i~erniit request. The only problems would be those associated with hardness or totaldissolved solids (R. 182). ESD proposes to install in each bermedarea drains which will route any leachate to a pond for treatmentif necessary.
