On June 17, 1980, Borden filed a motion to withdraw itspetition for permit appeal and to dismiss this proceeding, onthe grounds that agreement has been reached with the Agencyconcerning the modification of the permit conditions at issue.
This motion is accordingly granted, and this cause is hereby
dismissed without prejudice.
