    On June 17, 1980, Borden filed a motion to withdraw its
    petition for permit appeal and to dismiss this proceeding,
    on
    the grounds that agreement has been reached with the Agency
    concerning the modification of the permit conditions at issue.
    This motion is accordingly granted, and this cause
    is hereby
    dismissed without prejudice.
