Abstract:	ILLINOIS POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD December 6, 2001IN THE MATTER OF:PETITION OF PRAIRIE MATERIALSALES, INC. and the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency. In the stipulation, the parties request that the Board dismiss Dixon-Marquette Cement, Inc., and name Prairie Material Sales, Inc. in 1982. Pursuant to the agreement, Prairie Material Sales, Inc. was merged into Prairie Material Sales, Inc.. The parties agree that Prairie Material Sales, Inc. is the petitioner. At the parties’ suggestion, all references to Dixon-Marquette Cement, Inc.
