The Board found that these Winnebago County respondents were liable to the State of Illinois for punitive damages in the amount of $77,460.92, pursuant to Section 55.3(h) of the Act (415 ILCS 5/55.3(h) (2000)) in addition to $32, 730.46 in corrective action costs awarded in the Board’s November 2, 2000 interim order.
