BOARD DETERMINES ECONOMIC IMPACT
STUDY NOT NECESSARY IN PM-10, R91-35The Board determined at its January 9, 1992,meeting that an Economic Impact Study (EcIs) was notnecessary at this time in the statewide PM-10 regulation,R91-35.
Additionally, several commenters asked the Board
to formally request that the Department of Energy andNatural Resources (ENR) prepare an economic impactstudy (EcIS) on the proposal.
