emergency rules related to the storage, handling and transportation of coal and petcoke that are scheduled to b
heard by the Illinois Pollution Control Board on Thursday, January 23.
- These are major rule changes that will impose significant new costs on Illinois
employers that could result in the loss of hundreds of jobs.
