September 2, 2010 - On September 2, 2010, the Pollution Control Board adopted for second notice review proposed definition relating to used oil management in the rulemaking docket designated In the Matter of: Proposed Amendments to the Board’s Special Waste Regulations Concerning Used Oil, 35 Ill. Adm. Code 739, 808, 809 (R06-20(B)). In an order dated February 18, 2010, the Board adopted amendments to its used oil management and special waste regulations in the docket now designated as subdocket A.
