Illinois Pollution Control Board Grants 45-day Provisional Variance Extension to the Village of Panama
November 16, 2001 - On September 20, 2001, the Illinois Pollution Control Board granted a 45-day provisional variance from various effluent standards to the Village of Panama. That provisional variance was for activities at the wastewater treatment facility in the Village of Panama, Bond County. It allowed for the removal of sludge and installation of a rock filter.
