settlement in which the matters at issue have been resolved and allows the unresolved costs to beresubmitted as indicated therein.” Motion at 1.
Although respondent, the Illinois Environmental
Protection Agency (Agency), does not object to the granting of the motion, E & L states that theAgency “makes no representations or inferences as to the outcome of any review of anyresubmission of those unresolved costs.” Id.
