Pursuant to notice published in Newsletter #50 dated July 14,1972, we have this day repealed Rule 328 of Chapter I of theRules and Regulations of the Illinois Pollution Control Boardadopted on March 2, 1972, as #R72-l, and have substituted a newRule 328 in its place.
Since the Board has received additional funding enabling
it to assume the cost of enforcement transcripts, the rule isno longer necessary, and accordingly, has been repealed.
While the Board has proposed repeal of Rules 410 and 505
