In the previous variance case, Petitioner was granted a
variance until January 30, 1975 for Sabrooke Units 1 and 2.
Unit 1 was removed from service on January 9, 1975.
In addition, Petitioner seeks a
modification of the operating restrictions on Unit 2 untilPetitioner can utilize the remaining approximately 2,000tons of coal in order to remove this potential source ofdust and water pollution.
