Petitioner shall describe the present and future condition
of the stream as to dissolved oxygen levels, odors, bottom sludgedeposits, algae, and any other indications of degradation in anAmended Petition to be filed within 45 days from the date of thisOrder with both the Board and the Agency.
Failure to timely file the Amended Petition shall render this
cause liable to dismissal for inadequacy.
