The original regulatory proceeding herein, R76—6, was filedbefore the Board by the Central Illinois Public Service Co.
On June 9, 1977, in R77-7,
the Board amended the procedural aspect of 203(i) (10) changingthe procedure from regulatory to adjudicative in nature in orderto simplify the manner in which alternative thermal standardscould he determined for specific sites.
The Board also on its own motion hereby dismisses
R76—6 as being repetitive of the action in PCB 78-271.
